Quotes (2006-2010)
Over the past 5 years, I collected quotes. I didn't go out actively seeking for quotes that might help. But when I ran across them -- usually, but not always, on bottles of Honest Tea -- I kept them if I thought they might help. In my office, I pinned them to a pushboard and have kept them alive over the past 5 years.
Three things prompted me to pull them off the pushboard yesterday. One was the announcement that we would be moving our DC offices from 2001 M Street to 1801 M Street. Although the move is a year away, I realized I'd pull them down one day soon. The second thing was the realization that these quotes would be even better memorialized in the scrapbook the SALT team gave me as a going away gift, so I'll be inserting the quotes I can insert into that book. And the third thing was the fact that I'd moved my more permanent office to NY now.
So, anyway, I wanted to preserve these quotes in another way, too -- here. So here they are:
