Meet T. H. Gillis
T. H. Gillis is quite possibly the least likely poet ever. By training, he is a lawyer and accountant and Board member—a global business person. But, in his words: “I needed some way to process life, as it happens to be. Through the ups and downs. As it is.” Over more than a decade, Mr. Gillis increasingly turned to poetry, a medium he disliked as a student and never dreamed he would use as an adult. He turned to poetry because he discovered “that I can say some things in poetry that I can’t say any other way.” He is the author of Evensong: Poems for Pilgrims (2017) and Eye Sight: What I Saw (2020).
