If, Then, Anything: Cypress Point Part 1
Ponder anew what the Almighty can do.
Lord, if you can do this,
You can do anything.
The best that we do by toil and hard labor
is simply to subdue what you put here from the outset.
The miracle is what you put here first.
Lord, we need a miracle -- in our home, in our relationships -- for the worst that we do is the opposite of subdue: we subvert and tear down those we yearn to love most.
When I walked the last mile at Cypress Point, my first thought was simply this: Lord, if you can build this, you can build anything. And you can take what's broken and shattered and restore it.
I am not worthy to have you come under my roof, but
Only say the word,
and we will be healed.
We need a miracle.
I believe, Lord. Help my unbelief.
