Just for Fun

The relentless squirrel 

tried and tried and tried again

to do what can’t be done

Until she found herself 

in a most precarious position

Hanging upside down, 

Spying for a safe place to land

(as we all do and)

which they always seem to do, 

otherwise there would be 

Dead squirrels lying everywhere
