The Path of Stars

I had to interrupt my posts about The Divine Milieu to include this amazing photograph from today's Wall Street Journal. It's a 3-hour exposure showing the path of stars above Hartland, Michigan last summer.

(The small streaks are fireflies, so look at the stars instead -- I would never have believed their course was so perfect.)

On second thought, maybe I didn't interrupt posting about The Divine Milieu at all. It's quite possible that this photo just served to confirm it instead.
