(Please) Take time to be patient with me

I know that it’s not easy to see

the slender beam underneath my feet

and two spinning saucers,

each holding cups

filled to the rim with hot coffee

With hands unsure and legs unsteady

Some slip may be foreseen

Have you tried juggling anything?
